My heroes are the ones who are visioning, dreaming and building new realities. Pockets of wayshowers - I suspect in their millions globally - who are focusing on their ideal lives and co-creating paradisiacal realities in collaboration with kindred, the unseen and Mother Earth.

They are the ones who wouldn't dream of criticising another without offering two or three viable solutions. 🌱

I found a fabulous Farmers Market in Port Adelaide this morning and I'm so heartened and happy to hear about innovative food programs. Also to see SO MANY around the WORLD becoming relatively self-sufficient in water, energy needs and with flourishing veggies, herbs and fruit. Brill!!!!

“Do you believe in life after delivery?”

In a mother’s womb were twin babies. One asked the other: “Do you believe in life after delivery?”
The other replied, “Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery.”
“Nonsense” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?”
The second said, “I don’t know, maybe there will be more light than here. Maybe we'll walk with our legs and eat with our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t understand now.”
The first replied, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The cord gives us everything we need.”

The second insisted, “Well, I think there might be something different than here. Maybe we won’t need the cord anymore.”
The first replied, “If there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and afterwards, we become nothing.”
"But certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us," said the second baby.
The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists, then where is she?”
The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. It is within her that we live. Without Her, our world would not exist.”
Said the first: “Well, I don’t see Her, so she doesn’t exist.”
To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you really listen, you can feel her presence, and you can hear her voice, calling down to us. I feel love when I hear that voice.”

Vaccine mandates were not okay.

"I’ve been looking forward to sharing this for a while because I really like it. I personally love painting birds as a subject, and a while ago I was looking at art that included birds and I came across the painting (right) by South African artist, Susi Rood. I stared at her painting for about 5 minutes straight, really taking in the imagery. I closed my eyes, held the picture in my minds eye, then opened them and stared at my petri dish of water for a minute. I then froze it immediately, using my short term freezing method. I love how the ice imagery holds the energy of multiple birds and fills the whole dish. The birds aren’t clearly defined, but the energy is very observable."

Mathew Embry was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1995. Today, he is symptom free.

Anyone living with MS and their loved ones will benefit from watching Living Proof. I watched it on Prime. IMDb said, 'When a young man is diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune disease with no cure, he and his father go on a journey to find answers and hope.' and gave the documentary 8.1.

I'd give 10/10 to Matt and his family for the marvellous research and thorough treatment plan that involves a dairy and gluten-free diet, exercise, lots of vitamin D and other supplements as described in detail on their websites.
