'Tragic news: David Wilcock, 53, prominent UFO researcher, author & disclosure advocate has reportedly died by suicide on April 20, 2026 near Nederland, Colorado. Boulder County Sheriff’s Office: Deputies responded to a 911 call at ~10:44 a.m. on Ridge Road. A man in mental health crisis, outside a residence and holding a weapon, used it on himself within minutes of contact. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Wilcock was a major voice in ufology. Not a traditional field investigator, but a prolific researcher, lecturer, filmmaker and New York Times bestselling author (The Source Field Investigations). He co-hosted Cosmic Disclosure on Gaia, claimed telepathic ET contact, and was seen by some as Edgar Cayce’s reincarnation. He also served as Director of Advanced Technology and board member at Stavatti Aerospace, where he promoted next-gen military fighters, exotic propulsion and advanced aerospace concepts. A polarizing figure who inspired millions in the alternative community.' PLEASE SEE 11 YEARS OF TOPICS IN THE ARCHIVES >>>>>>@TuckerCarlson's apology is noted – and the self-awareness he showed in saying 'it's not enough to say I changed my mind' is, at least, a start. But an apology from the wings of a burning theatre does not put out the fire. He, @MegynKelly, @RealCandace, @RealAlexJones, and the wider group of influencers who laundered Trump's candidacy into something palatable now carry the current disasters on their conscience: the war in Iran, the strikes on sovereign nations, the institutional damage at home, and the human cost already being tallied in lives and livelihoods across multiple countries – even here in Australia.
What is genuinely impossible to understand is how people of obvious intelligence and media sophistication were, by their own account now, duped. From Australia, I was arguing against him and for the Democrats because the writing was not merely on the wall – it was the wall. Trump's campaign promises were transparently hollow, and the record since confirms it: very few have been executed in any form that resembles what was sold to voters. The lies, the sexism, the racism, the abusiveness, the reality showmanship, the transactional worship of wealth, the malignant narcissism – none of this was hidden. It was on tape, in court filings, in his own words, long before his first run. To claim surprise now is either a failure of judgement on a historic scale or a convenient fiction being constructed in retrospect. Words, at this point, are the cheapest currency these influencers have. They still command audiences in the millions. They still have platforms, producers, distribution, and credibility with the very voters who could force a political correction. An apology that ends at the microphone is not contrition – it is brand management. Real amends would look like sustained, specific, on-the-record opposition to this administration's most destructive policies; platforming those harmed by them; funding independent journalism; and using their reach to move their own audiences, not just to reassure their critics. The test is not whether they feel tormented. The test is what they do with the rest of their careers to help get this callous and increasingly tyrannical regime out of office – by every lawful means available. - Cedar How a Siberian Recluse Changed My Name and My Life Some books inform us. Others quietly rearrange the furniture of the soul. For me, that was the Ringing Cedars of Russia series by Vladimir Megre – and I'd like to share a little about why these books matter, who Anastasia actually is, and why I officially changed my name to Cedar. A Book Born in the Moscow Metro The first volume, simply titled Anastasia, was self-published by Megre in 1996. He had no publisher, no marketing budget, and no industry backing. He printed the first run on credit at Moscow Print Press Number 11 and sold the first copies himself, by hand, in the Moscow metro. From that humble beginning, the series has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide and been translated into over twenty languages. Not bad for a book a Siberian entrepreneur wrote because a woman in the forest asked him to. The English translation of Book 1 didn't arrive until 2005, which is part of why the series took so long to reach readers like me in the English-speaking world. The books have been out of print for a long time now, but you can access them from some libraries, and Jessica Schab reads them on YouTube. Who is Anastasia? According to Megre's account, Anastasia was born in 1969 in the Western Siberian taiga – the vast boreal forest stretching across northern Russia – not far from the city of Surgut on the river Ob. She lost her parents as an infant and was raised by her grandfather and great-grandfather, with the animals of the forest watching over her. She still lives there today, in the same glade where her parents and ancestors once lived. In 2026, she would be about 57 years old. Megre describes her: 'Even now, I only sometimes see Anastasia as someone close to me, as a loved one. More often, I see her as unattainable and mysterious, as someone who possesses an inexplicable strength of spirit that she can use to create the future.' Unattainable and mysterious. A strength of spirit that can create the future. That is the woman who has quietly rearranged the inner lives of millions of readers – and certainly mine. Is She a Shaman? People often ask me this, and I have come to believe the answer is no – not really, not in the proper sense of the word. A shaman, traditionally, moves between the human and spirit worlds within a specific tribal lineage, often through trance, drumming, or spirit journeys. That is not what Anastasia is. The books place her within a lineage the movement calls Vedruss – an alleged pre-Christian Russian Vedic tradition – and present her less as a spirit-walker and more as someone who has simply never left the original human state. She embodies the natural qualities of humankind without technocratic influence. Her role, as she describes it, is to help humanity remember a way of living that was always ours. Scholars tend to classify the movement she has inspired as part of the Russian New Age, sometimes grouped under Rodnovery or Slavic Neopaganism. But labels feel inadequate when speaking of her. Hermit of the taiga is closer. Recluse. Seer. Wise woman of the forest. A being of inexplicable strength of spirit. Where to Begin If You're New If you feel drawn to all this but are unsure where to start, one of the clearest introductions I have found recently is a 20-minute overview of Book 1 on the INSPIRED YouTube channel, hosted by Jean Nolan. Jean and his wife Kristin founded INSPIRED in 2019, and their coverage of the series offers a gentle, grounded entry point. As you watch, do pay attention to the artwork. The luminous images of Anastasia, the cedars, the glade, and the children are mostly the work of Kumar Alzhanov, widely regarded as the most prominent Ringing Cedars-inspired artist in the world. His paintings now grace the covers of the Russian editions of the books. His art, for me, is the closest anyone has come to capturing the feeling of these books in a single still image. Why I Became Cedar I was two or three books in when I began to notice something was shifting. By the time I had finished most of the series, I could no longer wear my old name comfortably. It felt like a coat from a life I had already quietly left behind. The cedars – the ringing cedars, those trees that accumulate cosmic energy for centuries and release it at precisely the right moment – had somehow become a personal symbol of what I wanted to be and how I wanted to live. So I officially changed my name. Permanently. Cedar. Some people change their name because they want to stand out. I changed mine because I finally felt I was becoming more of my true self. That is what these books did for me. That is what Anastasia – unattainable, mysterious, fiercely loving of the living world – has done for so many of us. The cedar trees have waited a long time. I've written a chapter on the profound importance of end-of-life doulas for my upcoming book. If you've ever felt a calling to support people in their final months and weeks — gently midwifing the dying with compassion while also caring for their loved ones — I encourage you to explore training with a reputable program. It’s deeply meaningful, essential work. Interestingly, Nicole Kidman recently shared that she is training to become a death doula. She revealed this during a talk at the University of San Francisco’s Silk Speaker Series on April 11, 2026. The inspiration came from the passing of her mother, Janelle Ann Kidman, in September 2024 at age 84 after a long illness. Kidman spoke movingly about how lonely her mother seemed in her final days, with the family stretched thin by careers and responsibilities. She wished there had been impartial, compassionate support there to provide solace and presence. A death doula also known as an end-of-life doula offers non-medical emotional, spiritual, practical, and holistic support to those who are dying, as well as to their grieving families. It’s very different from the medical care provided by doctors or hospice teams.Kidman described it as 'part of my expansion' and openly acknowledged that it 'may sound a little weird' to some. She sees it not as leaving acting behind, but as a meaningful new area of learning and personal growth alongside her work. What a beautiful reminder that even in Hollywood, the call to serve at life’s most vulnerable moments can find its way to us. Would YOU ever consider this path? Are YOU an end-of-life doula? Or have you experienced the difference a doula can make? Penny Kelly Look-See April 2026Sophia means 'Wisdom' (from Greek σοφία). In Gnostic tradition, she is the divine feminine aspect of God – an Aeon (emanation) representing higher wisdom, the Holy Spirit, and the soul's longing for reunion with Source (the Pleroma, or divine fullness). She is often seen as the feminine principle who helped shape the material world, symbolising the spark of divine light trapped in matter and the path to gnosis - direct spiritual knowledge - for awakening.
Being of Source: Sophia originates from the ultimate divine reality (the Monad or Pleroma). She embodies pure, uncreated wisdom flowing from Source itself – not separate from God, but a feminine expression of it, bridging the spiritual realm and human consciousness. Awakening to her restores the divine spark within. The Gnostic code 'Sophia flows through me now' is a modern activation or affirmation rooted in Gnostic and Magdalene-inspired teachings. It invokes the direct, living presence of divine wisdom within the self – a conscious recognition and embodiment of Sophia's energy, awakening inner gnosis, heart-centred insight, and spiritual empowerment. It appears in contemporary channels and mystery-school contexts linked to Mary Magdalene, who in Gnostic texts, such as Pistis Sophia, is the astute disciple closest to Jesus, receiving and transmitting the deepest revelations of Sophia. Magdalene is frequently portrayed as the 'Bride of Christ' or a vessel/embodiment of Sophia's wisdom, making her a key figure in this feminine lineage of awakening. Symbology in the image: Laurel leaves are ancient symbols of victory, honour, divine inspiration, and prophetic wisdom – sacred to Apollo and the Oracle at Delphi. They represent spiritual triumph, purification, immortality (evergreen), and the crowning of inner gnosis – fitting for Sophia's enlightened flow. Flower of light / sacred geometry – the glowing orb and patterns represent the divine light of Source, cosmic order, the 'Flower of Life' or similar geometries encoding creation, and the radiant blossoming of Sophia's wisdom in the heart and soul. It evokes the Pleroma's pure light and the awakening of inner illumination. Together, the meme is a beautiful visual mantra for embodying divine feminine wisdom as a living, flowing reality. Thank you for this interview — there were genuinely brilliant moments, and Tara is a remarkable guest. I'd gently offer one reflection: there's a meaningful difference between BELIEF AND DIRECT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE — and I felt that distinction wasn't always honoured when Tara ventured into the more extraordinary territory of her own lived experience. Scientific proof is a powerful lens, but it isn't the only valid one for understanding what a human being has directly known. What excites me most about Steven's gift as an interviewer is his ability to draw out the unexpected. I wonder what might open up IF, when a guest like Tara cracks the door on the mystical or ineffable, the next question leaned into that world rather than back toward familiar ground. My instinct says door after door would fly open — and the conversation would reach places few podcasts ever go. This is said with huge respect for what Diary of a CEO consistently delivers. The potential here is extraordinary — and so is this guest. Trump's weekend golf trips cost U.S. taxpayers tens to hundreds of millions in travel and security expenses, primarily for Air Force One flights, support aircraft, Secret Service protection, Coast Guard patrols (at Mar-a-Lago), and related logistics.
Current Second Term (2025–2026, as of late March 2026)Taxpayers have spent at least $101.2 million on Trump's golf-related travel and security since he returned to office. This covers 110 golf days (more than a quarter of his time in office so far), with most trips being weekend or holiday getaways to his own properties like Mar-a-Lago in Florida. He's on pace for roughly $300 million by the end of his second term if the pattern continues. Per-Trip Breakdown Mar-a-Lago / West Palm Beach area ~$3.4 million per trip. This includes Air Force One (and a cargo plane for the motorcade), helicopter transfers, Secret Service, Coast Guard boats patrolling offshore, and local support. Trump has made dozens of these visits. Bedminster, NJ (summer weekends): ~$1.1 million per trip. Rarer trips (e.g., Scotland for a course opening): Up to ~$10 million. Before the US and Israeli attacks on Iran, which began on 28 February 2026, the Strait of Hormuz was OPEN TO ALL NATIONS with no blanket restrictions based on flag or nationality. 138 vessels per day transited it, carrying about 20% of global oil and significant LNG. As of early April, the Strait is CLOSED or heavily restricted to the enemies of the United States and Israel, and to supporters of their aggression. OPEN or allowed with coordination or agreements: Ships flagged to or from 'friendly' or neutral countries that have negotiated safe passage with Iran. Examples include China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Iraq, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Turkey. Some European nations, such as France and Japan, have had limited transits or are negotiating. Tucker Carlson was a cheerleader and influencer who helped Donald Trump get elected in 2024. He has since changed his stance. He and Donald Trump have had a major public falling out. As of April, he has called the war absolutely disgusting and evil, criticised Trump's threats – including profane Easter posts threatening Iranian infrastructure and civilians – accused the policy of betraying 'America First' isolationism, and even suggested that military or White House staff should disobey orders involving potential war crimes or escalation. He has framed it as Trump betraying his base and the end of American global dominance. Despotic monsters run the USA and IsraelWhen does complicity become a choice? At what point will people inside the system refuse to cooperate with what they know is wrong? Both major US parties are now beholden to hawkish, pro-Israel donor networks. AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and allied Super PACs spend hundreds of millions to make genuine dissent electorally ruinous. So forget elections. Who retains the authority – and the will – to actually ACT? Will the Supreme Court intervene before the damage is irreversible? Will senior military commanders honour their oath to the Constitution over loyalty to this president? Will the officers forced out by Pete Hegseth find their voice – through testimony, lawful resistance, or public accountability? Who will actually DO something – not just issue statements or object for the record, but ACT with enough weight to stop Trump and his inner circle from unleashing further catastrophe on Iran, Gaza, and the world? The window is closing. Words are not enough. - Cedar
Rest. Recalibrate. Reach out to trusted friends. As old doctrines feel less alive to many of us, a new, quiet spirituality is blossoming, rooted in stillness, nature, careful ritual and direct experience. People are awakening to a broader, Cosmic Consciousness: they sense that Source is present and familiar and always listening. This awakening invites us to change — sometimes gently, sometimes spontaneously — so that we can live with more light, more clarity and more compassion. At the same time, there is still a vast shadow moving through the world. Terrible things are happening: War, human trafficking, abuse, torture. The bodies of the victims bear the scars, but so do their souls. When a life ends through sudden violence or prolonged suffering, the soul may be confused, frightened or unable to let go. It may linger near the site of its pain, trapped in shock, anger, grief or unfinished ties. If you care about these souls, there are simple, honest ways to help them. You don’t need superpowers, only attention, intention and a willingness to bring Light into the darkness. Below are some practical and mystical ways to help traumatised souls find more peace and heal the living who carry their memory. Gentle Practices to Help Souls Cross Over 1. Sit in stillness and set your intention Begin with a few calm breaths. Hold the clear, compassionate intention: 'May every soul still bound by pain be seen, soothed and guided into the Light.' The intention focuses the energy; it is the first and strongest step. 2. Ground and protect yourself Before you work with strong energies, anchor yourself. Feel your feet on the earth, imagine roots growing downwards and call a circle of light or protection around you. This will keep your energy distinct while you send care. 3. Send Light and Love Visualise a warm, soft Light — golden or white — flowing from your heart to your soul. Imagine the Light wrapping the soul like a soft blanket, softening shock and fear. Say silently: 'You are safe. You are loved. You may go into the Light.' Repeat this as often as you feel called. 4. Name and release for those who know some details If you know a name, face or story, quietly name the person and say a blessing, '(Name), may you be freed from pain. May you find peace and go into the loving presence that is waiting for you.' Naming honours the life of the soul and helps release attachments. 5. Invite spirit guides and helpers Most traditions teach that benevolent spirit guides, angels, ancestors, mentors, frequencies or elders are at our side. Summon them: ask for gentle, experienced helpers to accompany the soul and help the transition. Trust that you are not doing this alone. 6. Use simple rituals Light a candle or a fire, burn a little sage or frankincense, offer water or flowers or ring a bell. Small, focused acts create sacred attention and can be powerful signs of transition for both the living and the dead. 7. Create a soft space for life review Imagine that the soul is surrounded by compassionate witnesses; beings who help it see its life with truth and tenderness. Ask that the soul be shown the love and learning contained in even the most painful moments so that it can be free of blame and fear. 8. Speak for those who cannot speak If the soul is angry or unable to accept love, you can speak healing phrases on its behalf, 'You are forgiven. Love itself forgives you.' Offer forgiveness as an energetic gift, not as an obligation that the soul must accept. 9. Practical acts of remembrance Build an altar or small memorial, write a letter to the soul or hold a brief ceremony. Public acknowledgment and witnessed mourning help both the living and the dead to free themselves from isolation. 10. Support survivors and oppose harm Spiritual work and practical action belong together. Volunteer, donate, advocate and support organisations that rescue, heal and protect the living. Taking a stand against the causes of violence is a sacred act. - Cedar Rivers If you find yourself awake and restless with sleep evading you, you might do something that could be very helpful for either yourself or others. I lay awake tossing and turning until 2am until I got up and wrote this article. I then went back to bed and slept soundly for several hours. I hope it helps you in some way. 25 September 2025
Learning from Birds -
The hummingbird has the ability to navigate life from any angle without losing one's centre. 'The hummingbird is one of the most symbolically rich creatures across many of the world's traditions — and its mystical qualities are remarkably consistent across cultures that had no contact with one another. Joy and the Present Moment Perhaps its deepest and most universal teaching. The hummingbird expends extraordinary energy yet appears effortless, always hovering in the now. In many Native American traditions it is considered the embodiment of pure joy — a reminder that lightness of being is not naivety but wisdom. Resurrection and Endurance The hummingbird enters a state called torpor each night — a kind of mini-death in which its heartbeat and temperature drop dramatically — and revives each morning. Many indigenous peoples saw this as a living symbol of resurrection, renewal, and the soul's ability to return from darkness. The Soul and the Afterlife Across numerous Mesoamerican, Caribbean, and South American traditions, the hummingbird was considered a messenger between the living and the dead, or a vessel for departed souls. The Aztecs believed that warriors who died in battle were reborn as hummingbirds. In some Caribbean traditions, seeing a hummingbird near a window or doorway signals that a loved one who has passed is visiting. Love and the Heart The hummingbird feeds on the nectar of flowers and in doing so pollinates them — giving and receiving simultaneously. It became a symbol of deep love, the heart that nourishes others while sustaining itself. In some folk traditions it was used in love charms and invocations of the heart's opening. Adaptability and Resilience The hummingbird is the only bird that can fly in every direction — forward, backward, sideways, and to hover completely still. Mystics and storytellers have long seen this as a symbol of the soul's freedom from limitation, the ability to navigate life from any angle without losing one's centre. Lightness Without Weightlessness Despite its tiny size, the hummingbird travels thousands of miles in migration — some species crossing the Gulf of Mexico in a single flight. It carries within it an almost impossible endurance. The spiritual teaching here is that what appears delicate may carry extraordinary inner strength. Colour and Iridescence The hummingbird's feathers shift colour depending on the angle of light — what appears green becomes gold, what appears grey blazes into violet. In many traditions this iridescence represents the multidimensional nature of the soul, the way truth reveals itself differently depending on where you stand.' |
