| Every hundred years, like a patient soul on a timeless journey, a small bird returns to a large rock. With gentle persistence, it sharpens its delicate beak against the rock, and removes only the tiniest fragment. Although the progress at each moment is almost imperceptible, this steady act over countless aeons moulds not only the rock, but the soul itself, polishing and deepening its self-knowledge and wisdom. Just as the giant rock is slowly transformed through steadfast devotion, so too does the soul perfect its self-knowledge through timeless reflection and quiet perseverance. This story reminds us that the deepest truths within us are revealed gradually, through persistent patience and continuous nurturing. - Cedar |

Wars have been fought for millennia — for land, for resources, for power, for the satisfaction of bloodlust. Yet history shows us, again and again, that such violence never brings peace. The current crop of warmongers and power-hungry men repeat the same brutal patterns, blind to the truth that aggression only breeds more enemies, more hatred, more destruction, and more sorrow. Every mystic knows what these brutal men cannot see: when we die, no one escapes the soul’s reckoning. In the Afterlife, each soul undergoes a profound life review — not judged by some external authority, but by its own deepest knowing. In this luminous clarity, every choice, every word, every act is relived and felt, not only from our own perspective but through the eyes and hearts of those we touched — for good or for harm. This is the ultimate justice: to experience the full measure of what we created in the lives of others. One wonders if the architects of war could still act as they do, if they truly grasped what awaits them beyond the veil. Cedar Rivers The Architects of Israel's Wars - Netanyahu, Zamir and KatzFor almost TWO YEARS, the world has witnessed relentless atrocities and suffering in Gaza. Yet this tragedy could have been prevented. Had good and conscious Israelis acted sooner by refusing IDF military service, going on strike, boycotting war-sustaining systems, or laying down their arms, the actions of the Netanyahu government could have been stopped before rivers of blood were shed.
True loyalty lies not with a corrupt regime, but with humanity. Silence and complicity have exacerbated this crisis. The Israelis demonstrating against the violence in Gaza show that civil courage is not an option, but the foundation of peace. It is never too late to reject violence, to choose life and to say: 'Not in my name'. Gratitude to the millions around the world who are standing up, speaking out, and urging leaders to act to end the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.
Today, tens of thousands marched in cities across Australia, and millions more across the globe, calling for an end to the killing and the deliberate starvation of civilians. No matter where we stand politically, starving families and bombing children cannot be justified. This is a humanitarian crisis that must be stopped immediately. The war must end. The blockade must end. The suffering of ordinary people—mothers, fathers, children, grandparents—must end. Please, continue to contact your leaders. Call on them to use their power to stop this violence and to push for immediate humanitarian relief and peace. Every call, every email, every voice adds to the global chorus demanding change. I am doing everything I can, just as millions of others are. Together, our persistence and compassion can break through the silence of governments that have so far failed to act with courage. As Mark Ruffalo said so powerfully, many feel deep horror not only at the actions unfolding in Gaza but also at the indifference of Western leaders who ignore the cries of their own citizens. This is not about politics—it is about humanity. The killing must stop. The people must be fed. Peace and dignity must prevail. - Cedar
A Gentle Grief Ritual
When the world becomes too much for you, take a moment to pause. Bring a bowl of water or a safe flame. Write down on a piece of paper, what is going through your mind: your worries, fears, or sorrows - big or small. Let them go, one by one. Place them gently in the water, or let the fire carry them away. Whisper softly as you let them go: I feel this grief. I am not carrying it alone Sit quietly for a while. Breathe slowly and deeply into your heart three times. Imagine how warm and gentle compassion fills the spaces where the sadness was resting. When you are ready, pour the water on the earth or watch the ashes blow away; trusting that your grief has been witnessed and held, and that love will always remain. You are not alone. - Cedar I cherish my morning ritual that begins in the still hours of 3 or 4 a.m. The world is hushed, wrapped in a profound quiet that feels almost sacred — a perfect space for self-care, meditation, reflection, ritual, and listening inward, as well as to carefully chosen teachings. This morning, my thoughts turned toward the unrest so evident in many parts of the world. At its core, I sense much of this turbulence arises from a loss of connection to self-love and self-worth. When we fail to recognise our innate value, we restlessly search outside ourselves — striving to fill an inner emptiness with more and more and more, or, conversely, convincing ourselves that we are unworthy of receiving anything of true value. Many of the world’s troubles stem from this deep forgetting of our worth — a forgetting often grounded in early life experiences, ancestral wounds, and karmic patterns carried across lifetimes. When we do not truly love ourselves, our ability to love others becomes restricted. Our giving may grow conditional, guarded, or tinged with fear. Self-love, however, is not selfish. It is the fertile ground from which kindness, compassion, and joy grow. When we embrace and honour ourselves, love flows more freely — not only toward those closest to us, but also to strangers, to nature, and to life itself. Self-love allows us to love deeply, naturally, playfully, and wildly. Simple Ways to Elevate Your Self-Love and Self-Worth Speak kindly to yourself — replace self-criticism with gentle, encouraging words. Create a daily self-love ritual — light a candle, journal, or meditate for even five minutes. Practice gratitude — write down three things you appreciate about yourself each day. Move your body with care — choose activities that feel nurturing, not punishing. Set healthy boundaries — say NO when you need to protect your energy. Celebrate small wins — acknowledge and honour your progress, however small. Surround yourself with uplifting people — spend time with those who see your worth. Nourish yourself — eat foods that make you feel energised and cared for. Forgive yourself — let go of guilt for past mistakes and allow yourself to grow. Spend time in nature — reconnect with the beauty and peace that reflects your own. With so much love, Cedar https://www.clarityforlife.training/blog Bonus for loving self :) 11. My heart goes out to everyone affected by the massive wildfires affecting so very many countries. We’re witnessing a deeply interconnected moment—wildfires ignited by climate change and human behaviour are becoming more frequent, intense, and widespread. From North America, Africa to Europe and South America, the planet is sending a clear signal: our ecosystems and communities are under immense strain.
'From 11–17 August 2025, extreme to very extreme wildfire danger is forecast for parts of Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, and also in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, with conditions far above normal. 'The Ring of Fire Activation - Every Lightworker Is Being Called - Kerry K video A massive energetic portal is opening, and the call has gone out to every lightworker on Earth. The Ring of Fire, a vast volcanic and tectonic grid encircling the Pacific is being activated as celestial reinforcements arrive. The first to answer is the Red Dragon of Light, a megadragon the size of multiple mountain ranges, and one of at least seven ancient guardians of our realm. In this video, I share: 🌋 What the Ring of Fire really is, not just geologically, but energetically 🐉 How and why the megadragon is calling in celestial support now 🌍 Why every lightworker is being called to the front lines 🌀 The 6-Point Plan to navigate this surge of celestial energy 💎 Why your light, not fear or physical location, is your greatest protection This is not the fiery end many fear. This is the ignition of a new beginning. The ripple will be felt first in your energy field, then emotionally, and finally in the physical. Your role is to ground, breathe, and allow the light to move through you, so you can hold more of who you truly are.' M6.1 Earthquake Hits Turkey after Mt. Etna Erupts as Solar Activity Surge Continues 💥 Adaptive reuse of magnificent vacant buildings. 'Longfellow Commons in Dayton, Ohio is a great example of the adaptive reuse of a historic school into a housing community. The project involves the conversion of the former Longfellow School campus, originally built in 1892 with several additions over many decades, into housing. The design concept creates a comprehensive renovation that transforms the classrooms and other educational spaces into 40 apartments for residents over the age of 55. The design preserves many of the original architectural features of the school, such as the large windows, high ceilings, and historic masonry. These features not only add character to the housing units but also maintain the building’s historical significance. The apartments in Longfellow Commons are designed specifically for the senior population and the development includes many amenities such as an inspiration studio, library, and several lounges. The project also maintains the school’s gymnasium as a fitness center and the auditorium is to be used by both residents and the public as a community theater.' Repurposing decommissioned trains

I support the Peaceful March across the Sydney Harbour Bridge on Sunday 3 August — a united stand against the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the systematic destruction of Palestinian lives, land and freedom.
This march is more than a protest. It is a moral statement: that we will not be silent in the face of such grave injustice. It is a clear message to our federal and state governments that Australians from all walks of life are outraged by the ongoing slaughter of civilians, the destruction of homes, the theft of ancestral lands and the extermination of a people. Yes, there will be traffic disruptions. But four hours of inconvenience is a small act of solidarity compared to the endless days and nights of terror, suffering and displacement endured by the people of Gaza. This is your moment to walk with purpose. To connect with like-minded people. To stand shoulder to shoulder with those who believe in justice, peace and the sanctity of human life. Walk together. Make friends. Exchange contacts. Unite for peace. Build bridges that will last beyond this day. Let this march be a beginning. Together, Australians of all faiths and backgrounds will walk in UNITY - not just for peace in Gaza, but for the restoration of dignity and humanity wherever these are threatened. #FreePalestine #MarchForJustice #StandWithGaza #SydneyBridgeMarch - Cedar Rivers |
