Hello Dear Friends,
I’m currently on a sabbatical from social media — a pause that's been firmly initiated by recent life events. Following a hospital stay for surgery and a significant weakening of my immune system, I’ve been navigating a rather intense bout of Covid — my first in five years.
This period ushered me into even deeper stillness and reflection. As is so often the case when life confronts us with our own mortality, much within me is in flux and unfolding. I’ve shared glimpses and breadcrumbs of this inner journey on my blog, along with some of the uplifting music, talks, and inspirations that inspired and accompanied me during this time.
Although I will be staying away from social media for a while as I slowly regain my strength, I warmly invite you to visit me on my blog. You will find updates, thoughts and perhaps something that resonates with your own journey.
