It's a great day. We're alive!

Sally cooked us a delicious gourmet breakfast (as usual) this morning and proceeded to tell me that she woke feeling such gratitude. It’s a privilege to share these conversations and processes within the depths of her (and our) journey, and it’s an understatement to say it’s all immensely life changing for us both. It’s the tiny things that become huge in daily reality - for example, choices around thoughts and language, who we see and why, what we watch and read, where we go and how, and a thousand and one daily decisions and practises that keep the focus on the highest common denominator at all times. Every day is precious and we’re not wasting a single moment. In Sal’s words - ‘It is a great day, we’re alive!’
