| I'm on a mission to encourage the repurposing of vacant and underutilised spaces - including empty churches, offices, schools, prisons, motels, hotels etc and decommissioned trains and cruise liners. Germany has successfully converted numerous old coal mines into massive parks, gardens, and cultural spaces, particularly in the Ruhr and Lusatia regions, blending industrial heritage with green recreation. However, even though the process is complex, involving environmental, social, and economic challenges, it's certainly worth doing. - Cedar |
