I've been compiling a fascinating list of 'famous last words' from historically influential figures, which I may use in the book I'm writing on death, grief, and the afterlife. I was delighted when a dear friend sent me a link to a new Netflix series hosted by the brilliant interviewer Brad Falchuk, who is, incidentally, married to actress and entrepreneur Gwyneth Paltrow.
Famous Last Words is a Netflix documentary series featuring intimate, posthumous interviews with notable figures. Each interview is conducted in advance, kept confidential, and released only after the interviewee's death, allowing subjects to share their final reflections and messages with the world.
