I've listened to countless political speeches from all sides of politics and Bernie's speech today is up there among the finest of all time. I encourage everyone, everywhere, of all political leanings to listen to what he has to say with an open mind. He has solutions that speak to the good for all.
The 1% of oligarchs ruling the US are affecting much of the world. The Australian stock market for example lost almost AUD $60 billion in market value over March 6 and March 7, 2025 largely due to Trump's tariffs causing broader economic uncertainty, escalating global trade tensions, and concerns over a potential U.S. recession, with ten of eleven sectors losing ground.
