'At our core… we are energy. Consciousness moving through form. Eternal… aware… beyond anything physical.
But here’s the part that hits me lately… this human experience is actually the gift.
Because in pure energetic form we can observe… but we can’t feel the way we do here. We came into these bodies to experience what energy alone cannot. The warmth of touch. The taste of real food. The feeling of sun on our face after a long winter. The electricity of connection with another soul. The depth of intimacy. The laughter that makes your stomach hurt. Even the tears that somehow make you feel more alive.
We came here to experience life… not just watch it.
To hug our children. To hold someone we love. To sit around a table and share a meal. To feel music move through our body. To make love. To create. To build. To breathe deeply and actually feel the moment we are standing in.
There are sensations and experiences that simply don’t exist in energetic form. They only exist here… in this dense, beautiful, complicated human reality. That’s why we chose to come. Not to escape life… but to live it fully.
Some people are in such a rush to transcend the human experience that they forget… this is the part our soul was excited about. Being here. Feeling things. Living inside a body for a while.
Yes… we are energy.
Yes… we are eternal.
But being human… being able to touch, taste, feel, love, and connect the way we do here… that’s the rare part. That’s the magic.
Don’t rush past it trying to get somewhere else. Be here for it. Feel it all. This experience in a body is something our energetic form can’t have without coming here.
