My New Year's wish is for a world where leadership is synonymous with compassion, foresight and integrity, leading to a more just and flourishing society for all.

May the leaders of nations, states and corporations develop the maturity to see beyond themselves and gain empathy and wisdom, for their decisions shape the lives of billions of people. With awake hearts and minds, they have the power to create a world in which the global population, and indeed all living beings, can live the lives they truly deserve.
