I know how critical it is to move out of despondency as quickly as possible, so to raise my frequency once again I used my trusty breathing technique, worked with my Higher Self, and did the Lion's Gate meditation by Viviane Chauvet.

Trump and Netanyahu are two of the most heinous bullies, braggarts and murderers in the world. They are both criminals who perpetuate wars in order to stay out of jail, and their militaries and governments comply with their depraved orders.
It's not safe to be an ally of either country. Neither 'leader' has outgrown their juvenile years or turned their intelligence into wisdom – and so millions, if not billions around the world, are suffering from the arsenal, tariffs and sanctions they deploy in their insanity.
They plan even larger devastating strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure such as power plants, oil refineries and related sites, bridges, etc this weekend. Do not believe Trump and Netanyahu’s war is about ensuring Iran does not make a nuclear bomb - even though the USA and Israel have many.
Trump is guilty on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, has Jeffrey Epstein-related files against him, is guilty of sexual abuse and defamation of E. Jean Carroll and ordered to pay her a total of $88.3 million across the two civil cases, etc etc.
Netanyahu is guilty of murder, war crimes, mass starvation, bribery, fraud, breach of trust and more. The US and Israel are currently funding a massive migrant scheme by flooding Spain with migrants from Morocco. This is in retaliation for Spain denying Israel and the US access to its airspace to target Iran. The International Court of Justice has just announced 'Israel will be tried for genocide.'
How can this non-stop US and Israeli brutality continue to happen?
