Welcome. I am delighted and privileged to share this first module of an ongoing journey in self-knowledge, creativity, relationships, consciousness and community-building with you. Humanity as a whole is recalibrating at the deepest levels, and the ensuing shifts in consciousness and our physical bodies call for new perspectives, flexibility and profound readjustment.
Module by module, we'll explore new ways of identifying and navigating the evolutionary changes characteristic of an awakening population. Clarity for Life is somewhat of an introductary New Earth Mystery School, with a keen focus on human evolution, wisdom and reverence for life, along with exercises and research ideas for deep and lasting transformation.
This program is intended for curious and creative people who want to delve deeper. Yet, paradoxically, a mixture of highly focussed work and complete surrender reward us with the insights needed to embrace the freedom and joys of self-sovereignty.
You may take two months or more to work through the following exercises, information and links - or work on it intensively for a week or so. Whatever works best for you and your Buddy. Do it at your own pace, in your way. In Module Two, we will be exploring Preparedness for the Changes. The content in the coming modules is designed to build upon the previous material, which is best worked on in sequence; however, it is also just fine to dip in anywhere according to your particular interests.

3 Reset Outmoded Beliefs with Positive Intentions
An affirmation is a positive thought accompanied by a positive emotion. Affirmations help change negative mindsets. It can be helpful to place them on your mirrors, fridge and doors as constant reminders until the new behaviours are firmly anchored.
Write and date some appropriate personal affirmations in your journal or diary. For example, you might like to use some of the following words: grounded, focussed, creative, confident, committed, light-hearted, passionate, and unique. If you find yourself worrying throughout the day, bring yourself back to balance by repeating your affirmation. |
‘Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.’
I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. How to Practice Naikan Reflection
The Three Questions Naikan reflection is based on three questions: What have I received from __________ ? What have I given to __________ ? What troubles and difficulties have I caused __________ ? |
4 The Honeycomb: Relationships
I’ll be using a slice of honeycomb as a template to simplify comprehensive information. The cells in the honeycomb are hexagonal, which is the strongest shape known for building.
Metaphorically speaking, this creates the strongest possible foundation for supporting the course material. You will discover more relevant metaphors of the bee and the beehive as you work through the material.
• The Honeycomb: Relationships is a brainstorming framework to help clarify all those people you have ongoing relationships with, along with those you are no longer in contact with. Print it and file it in your loose-leaf folder so you may refer to it from time to time.
• Use The Honeycomb: Relationships in your own way to suit your personal interests.

• Draw (Your Name) Family Tree across two pages of your Clarity Book to at least 3 generations. This helps identify where you have come from, cultural aspects, birth positions, family patterns, the importance or otherwise of your blood relations, any decisions to be made, and what to do as a consequence of gaining such clarity.
• There is no wrong way to do this. Please adjust these exercises to suit your own purposes. 'My Family Tree' may be done either as a simple line sketch or a detailed artistic work of art. It is entirely up to you.
• Google Images has some excellent Family Tree templates.
Consider:
Siblings of your mother and father – aunts and uncles
Children of your siblings – nephews and nieces
Places of birth
Ages
Relatives by blood
Relatives by partnership or marriage
Step parents and step children
Single parent
Blended families
Adoptions
Guardianships
Dual parenting
Look for things that run in your family such as skills, talents, accomplishments, strengths, characteristics, values, fun loving, illnesses, addictions, interests, career choices, family patterns, what creates fear and what brings joy.
What legacies have your Ancestors handed down?
- Traditional practices?
- Prayers?
- Heirlooms?
- Beliefs?
- Knowledge?
- Rituals, Songs, Stories?
- Resources?
- Talents?
Clearing Mental and Emotional Pain
Closely observe whether any pain emerges as you develop your diagram.
Continual rehashing hurtful episodes will probably not clear them.
This is the time to approach past troubles, regrets and misgivings from a new perspective.
Research effective new ways to clarify, heal and clear unresolved issues.
Find ways to help deal with any toxic experiences by getting counselling
Enquire. Rather than assuming how others think or feel - it is better to ask them.
This is a proactive way of unravelling and dealing with their experiences and truths.
Consider bodywork and energy healing to help release unwanted feelings.
It may be beneficial to move your body to release blocked emotions.
Examine your family’s interests and values
– recreational, financial, moral, social, political, spiritual, religious, and work.
If you'd like to study this further check out some internet sites and applications to help trace your ancestry.

52 Questions in 52 Weeks: Writing Your Life Story Has Never Been Easier by Steve Anderson
‘Few people would argue the value of creating a story about a life lived. In fact, it’s a noble idea to create your life’s story. From it, your descendants will learn something valuable and endearing from your life experiences and will get to know you as an individual.’

• Is there any apology, encouragement or praise you wish to give or receive?

• What clarity have you garnered by doing your Family Tree exercises?
Where to From Here?
• Do you intend making any changes in the light of these discoveries?
• What changes will you instigate and follow through to completion as a consequence of this new information?
• Consider the notion that effortless change is possible now. Experiences of synchronicity attest to the fact that manifesting can occur instantly outside of time and space, thus the believer no longer needs to go through a drawn out linear process of cause and effect. Whatsoever you believe, so shall it be in the twinkling of an eye to those open to such beliefs and attitudes.

9 My Kindred Star
Kindred may be defined as the chosen members of our family and friends with whom we feel most inspired and supported by and harmonious and compatible. Kindred may also be members of our spiritual tribe, beloved pets and animals, and common interest clan, e.g: creative, political, environmental, sports etc
At one time, as I was exploring my connections, patterns, and issues with my lineage in My Family Tree for the umpteenth time, I wondered what also might be revealed if I illustrated my Kindred Tribe i.e: those kin who are on my wavelength and friendships intentionally chosen because of our common interests, vibrational rhythm, and spiritual resonance. From this brainstorming and illustration of soul clusters and soul mates came this idea of a Kindred Star.
* Use your Clarity Book to write the names or initials of your kin on the Kindred Star.
* What are the shared values and characteristics of your friends in the physical and in Spirit?
* If you work with The Quantum Unified Field as I do, you may also experience powerful results by metaphorically placing Your Kindred Star*or Kindred Circles in it, then allowing synchronicity to do its magical work.
* Alternatively or additionally, draw three concentric circles and place a symbol to denote yourself in the middle, then write the names of those closest to you in the inner circle, then secondary and tertiary kin rippling out.
The exercises below in #10 Circles of Allies will help embellish Your Kindred Star.

10 Who Journeys Through Life with You?
Signs and Symbols
In 1992, a dear friend and clairvoyant artist Kinsley Jarrett gifted me with this mystical symbol, and over the years I have explored its many secrets. The horizontal, vertical and sphere are quite obvious and represent great significance as only such a symbol can do.
I invite you to focus on this symbol and the directions of the ‘through’ or ‘portal’ at the centre, and what I call the ‘horizontal world’ of the 3D physical, and the ‘vertical world’ of Divine Source/Spirit/The Infinite/God /Goddess/All That Is, to investigate their possible meanings for you.

Examples: integrity, confident, fun-loving, enigmatic, conflicted, addicted, hard working, creative, honest, energetic, humble, leader, spiritual, entrepreneurial, wise, popular, supportive, curious, abundant, Elder, etc.
• You may prefer to do this as a sand play, or with pebbles or crystals.
After absorbing the revelations, take the actions you deem appropriate.
As all life is dynamic, please revisit in a month or so to see if there have been any changes.

10b Circles of Allies in the 'Vertical' Spirit Worlds
Repeat the above exercise for your allies in ‘the vertical’ who may include your God, deceased loved ones including pets, your Soul Self – (Higher Self, Infinite Self, Godself, I Am ), angels, devas, guides, elementals, nature spirits, power animals, ultra-terrestrials, extra-terrestrials and other mentors in the subtle vibrational worlds.
10c Adversaries or Estranged
• Write the names of any adversaries and estranged family, friends and colleagues in a blank Honeycomb (click image for a full-page printout for your loose-leaf folder)
• Doing this with clear focus will give the clarity to determine whether you want to heal your relationships with these people and how or whether you wish to complete your relationships with them.
• You will know when the inner work and healing is completed, as there will be no ‘charge’ or anxious feelings when thinking of anyone, and upon repeating this exercise, these cells will be clear.
• Contemplation: How do I deepen intimacy (closeness, togetherness, affinity, rapport, friendliness, affection, warmth, confidence) and authenticity (genuineness, trustworthiness, reliability) in my relationship with children, parents, siblings and friends?
• Review the exercise. Is there any forgiveness or apology due to anyone?
There are some excellent ideas on the two arts of apology and forgiveness on the internet. Research how to offer a wholesome and sincere apology to clear the dynamic. If at all possible, do it in person. Forgiving, on the other hand, can either be done internally or in person.
• How do you deliver acknowledgement, feedback and expressions of gratitude?

10d Once Significant Relationships
People may come and go in our lives - family members, partners, friends, in-laws, colleagues, teachers, and healers of various kinds.
• Using a blank honeycomb template, write the names of any once significant people in your life – even though you may now have little or no contact with them.
• Encapsulate the key reasons for the changes. What brought it undone?
• What were the benefits of each relationship?
• What did you learn about yourself by being with each person?
• How did the relationship contribute to your self-knowledge and personal growth?
Observing yourself in relationship will continue throughout the Clarity for Life course and may even become a valuable lifetime process.
