It's sciatica which is a first for me. It's a pain in the bum and hip and leg in particular, but I'm onto it now I know what it is. It's always the way with me. Once I get clear on something, it's all systems go. So I've been researching exercises, natural healing and medications. I was shocked to discover over 40% of us suffer from this awful nerve and muscle pain.
I'll still be out of action and quiet for a while, but thankfully the excruciating pain has been downgraded to 'bearable'.
I don't think I could have done it without the support of my friends - and all of you here - with your kindness in sending such lovely messages, helpful tips and beautiful healing energies - that I feel some are continuing to send.
It's been genuinely revealing to feel the effect of your healing and loving thoughts. I've been bathing in them. With some of you, I would receive an image of a face with a colour - mostly violet, gold, pink white, green, blue, or rose.
I can't know your personal process; however, I feel sure that these types of healing techniques will become more prominent in the future when more become familiar with how energy, frequency, colour, love and intention heal.
I've reread your Facebook and email messages many times, and they have brought more healing, solace and awareness than you can possibly know. At times like these - much like the death of a dear one - we discover who our true friends are, and I feel blessed by all of you who have given so much of yourselves. Extra special thanks to those holding an on-going line for me.
