The cage doors are wide open, and it is up to us to claim our freedom now, to use our holy wings, To soar and fly, feeling the cosmic Divine wind beneath our wings as we circle ever upwards into a totally new existence and form. I woke up this morning with an inpouring of Divine love, as my heart chakra and energies expanded beyond anything I ever experienced before. As we move into the next weeks which will be unlike anything ever known before, as I was shown yesterday, remember that love transmutes and transcends fear. It is time to ask that we will are opening ourselves to ever greater levels of love. Unconditional love which unifies. Separation stems from fear and lower ego. We are in for immense dissolution of the old structures and forms. And it will be that it will seem as if everything is happening at once, especially in the northern hemisphere.

Let nothing disturb nor frighten you. It is merely transformation at the core. Always stay centered in the heart and embracing Divinity within. All the sacred sites and energy grids and the spine of the earth are as if on fire with white-golden-orange fire energy, which I have never seen before. The comet is awakening these in ways we cannot understand, and what was programmed into these grids and places are now awakening, as they were programmed to do. It brings disintegration of the old systems. They no longer can hold form.

We are in for intense energetic changes, and will need to listen to our bodies and take time to be quiet and still, rest, and allow ourselves to be transfigured. The old is making way for the new. It is within the heart and soul that we will find the navigational maps and tools and the Divine Guidance Systems. When you stay in the heart of love, you will stay anchored and untouched by what is about to unfold. We are in a total state of transformation and it will last three years.
We are being lifted and carried on the wings of Divine Love, as one.

"We Indians know about silence. We are not afraid of it. In fact, for us, silence is more powerful than words. Our elders were trained in the ways of silence, and they handed over this knowledge to us. Observe, listen, and then act, they would tell us. That was the manner of living.
With you, it is just the opposite. You learn by talking. You reward the children that talk the most at school. In your parties, you all try to talk at the same time. In your work, you are always having meetings in which everybody interrupts everybody and all talk five, ten or a hundred times. And you call that ‘solving a problem’. When you are in a room and there is silence, you get nervous. You must fill the space with sounds. So you talk compulsorily, even before you know what you are going to say.
White people love to discuss. They don’t even allow the other person to finish a sentence. They always interrupt. For us Indians, this looks like bad manners or even stupidity. If you start talking, I’m not going to interrupt you. I will listen. Maybe I’ll stop listening if I don’t like what you are saying, but I won’t interrupt you.
When you finish speaking, I’ll make up my mind about what you said, but I will not tell you I don’t agree unless it is important. Otherwise, I’ll just keep quiet and I’ll go away. You have told me all I need to know. There is no more to be said. But this is not enough for the majority of white people.
People should regard their words as seeds. They should sow them, and then allow them to grow in silence. Our elders taught us that the earth is always talking to us, but we should keep silent in order to hear her.

🌀Feels as though all the molecules are being pulled apart & put back together again in a new way
🌀Throat is scratchy, coughing, spluttering
🌀Pounding headache & head pressure
🌀Heart pressure ~ lots of heart chakra expansion & releasing which can be bursts of unconditional love or immense grief releasing
🌀Weird floating sensation of almost feeling out of body as though your observing reality but not as much participating
🌀Trying to navigate a new pathway like a child learning to walk & talk again
🌀Brain function is not working like it used to loosing words & thoughts mid sentence
🌀Struggling to verbally communicate
🌀Fatigue & feeling wired simultaneously
🌀getting used to the controls of operating a new body & energy system coming online

Much of the western world needs to become more comfortable speaking about death, dying and how to practically support loved ones and others in the community. Only by improving our death, grief and mourning literacy can we hope to get excellent care and be of helpful support for those actively dying and those left behind.

We all need to make known our end-of-life wants and values. The number of people dying is increasing dramatically for numerous reasons, including many of the baby-boomers now making their exit.

We must develop family, volunteer and community care as hospices and hospitals cannot cope with the demand. Those dying in such places only receive around 5% of their time with health professionals.

I have written many articles on death, dying, mourning, grieving.

"I must admit that I love posting images of beauty and words of inspiration on my social media channels!
Every day I spend at least an hour before meditation tuning to all the good in our world and appreciating the creatives and what they express through words or music or art or the way they are supporting and uplifting others!
I have no desire and no energy to support the games of separation, judgement and fear in the duality dream.
As vast multidimensional masters we are dreaming that we live in limitation in a limited form and to see it all as just a dream - where can can be lucidly dreaming as in consciously creating and moving through this dream awake - is so liberating for us all!
As Darryl Anka and so many others now also share, the Universe is always delivering and our perceptions of what is being delivered determines our emotional state as we all know.
As the “All That Is” that we each are, to be awake and play consciously within and beyond the human duality dream is another wonderful use of our precious time!

Readers who know my fabulous son Paul will be interested to know he's returned home after seven months exploring Europe. He arrived just in time to recoup and drive from Melbourne to Adelaide to celebrate his 50th birthday with me today. He tells me he's 'now officially middle aged'.

In this pic, he's tying his travel blog in a neat bow - for now, anyway, as he's well and truly scratched his travel itch and is now itching to get back to work, so will soon begin looking for a new job in the computer industry.

The furore surrounding Harry's TV series and book is history in the making which will no doubt prompt the deep examination of all the good and all the evil monarchies have done throughout history and whether the modern institution is now even necessary in the UK, the Commonwealth and the world.

Commentators, critics and influencers have cherry-picked the most controversial subject matter from the book and presented issues out of context. Unfortunately, coverage by the press has been largely abysmal, catering as they do to bickering and one-upmanship to push their agendas and to make them money.

I urge everyone with a viewpoint to read 'Spare' with an open mind to get Harry's complete story rather than having it filtered through the biases of others.

I'm listening to Harry's autobiography on Audible, and his narration is superb as he reads with clarity, credibility and nuance.

The gift of 'Spare' is that every discerning person will be prompted to examine their own family relationships on the vast spectrum, including love, respect, authenticity, dysfunction, estrangement and rejection and where we may need family healing.

History will not only judge Harry, Meghan, and the Royals but every public commentator, critic, journalist and presenter for how they treat and assess the behaviour of others. Mainstream media has a lot to answer for, and I predict more outlets will close down this year due to their incompetence and inaccuracies. Before we mouth off about anyone, we must first profoundly examine our own mistakes, motives, and values and work to increase our levels of respect, understanding and compassion.

I said I was not anti-vaccination - I'm anti-under-tested vaccines and expressed my mounting concerns. She said - We have people who would care for you. Then in another breath told me of the numerous doctors, nurses and carers forced out of their professions. She said, "I follow the 'science'."
I said, "I follow the money."

I am respectful of others and take every precaution and work daily to keep a healthy immune system. My approach is the same as with abortion - My Body, My Choice. Your Body, Your Choice.

What concerns me greatly are the hostile arguments between left and right politics, religious bodies and many with different sexuality. Surely as one humanity, we can put the agendas of our negative egos aside for the good of the entire human race. ET has told Penny Kelly that they are willing to meet to discuss the situation on Earth but only if humans come unarmed. IF they come armed - so will ET.

Penny is a full consciousness Seer who frequently updates the possible scenarios of the coming months. In this video, she discusses the likely percentage of the 8 billion population that will survive future catastrophes and looks more closely at the US, UK, Europe, Australia and Canada.

She speaks about discernment and how the population must step back and look at the whole, not the parts. We must hold the paradox of life. Penny Kelly states clearly that evolution (evolving) is our contribution to the collective. She observes that the micronova is proceeding lockstep with consciousness evolution and that we must connect our consciousness with the elements of earth, air, fire and water.

The expansion of consciousness is happening to allow for spiritual growth. In discussing ETs, Penny says ETs are watching the people who can be a bridge to consciousness. Finally, she states that we must expand our willingness to learn new things.
