Consciously awakening people may be experiencing one after the other of incredibly difficult challenges, disputes, deaths, illness, delays,  and problems that may appear unrelated to your awakening process. They're not. Double your discernment about where you place your focus and precious energies. Know that the awakening ones are midwifing ourselves and others into an evolved spiritualised humanity that many have dreamed of all their life. 

Dark forces in religion, politics and beyond the physical are desperate to hold onto their brutal power. 

Please stay grounded and centred with your attention on your highest goal. Keep resolving issues step by step and remember to take exceptional care of yourself and loved ones.  ​

I’m NOT suggesting a MASS awakening. A glance around Mother Earth tells us She is indeed transforming (albeit hindered in radiance by the bad buggers) and I’m on Her side - wanting natural transmutation for Her.  

It’s impossible to know how many individuals have achieved their full awakening to cosmic consciousness who are alive at this moment. Millions? Billions? have no interest; millions? are in process - consciously working on it that I  call the Wayshowers doing our very best in this lifetime (I’m in this category) and then there are the Enlightened Mystics who dwell in the All That Is past, present, future all in the now. 

I'm just doing my part to help prepare those of us who are really serious about taking advantage of every potent cosmic alignment that comes along perchance it be the key out of the matrix of illusion and samsara. I believe the intense transfiguration comes from within when we're ripe for it - helped along by Earth/Cosmic frequencies and I reckon it's good to have a working knowledge of the processes of the Enlightened Ones.

How to Function During Intense Spiritual Transitions

​I had been keen to write about soft disclosure and the phenomena surrounding the flashes of energy that are currently coming through and from the sun affecting all life on Earth - when I serendipitously came upon the perfect image - a picture says a thousand words - illustrating The Sun, Earth, Space Being, Flashes of Energy, including Sal's signature - a field of sunflowers!

Over lunch in a favourite restaurant in early October Lynn shared many examples of how Sally is 'the first Spirit in' to help Lynn's psychic daughter in her crystal healing practice and prescribes herbs and other healing suggestions from her higher unlimited perspective.

Lynn and I discussed the many changes that are occurring and many specific details of our experiences of SAL visiting so many of us. She often comes with 'the gang'. She is ALWAYS so kind, helpful, funny and puts things into perfect perspective.

Lynn and I went on to discuss various current problematic people, places, events and things and Sally appeared at our table dancing around all atwirl with arms and hands elegantly and exuberantly throwing STARDUST. Her solution to any issue or problem is to THROW STARDUST AT IT.

We had such fun THROWING STARDUST right there in the restaurant at all manner of things including blessing our food - and later Lynn took a wrong turn on her drive back home and was headed up the freeway in the opposite direction. Sal said to her: THROW STARDUST AT IT, and almost immediately a side road appeared where Lynn was able to do a very effective U-turn!

​Whadddddayyyyaaaaaadoinnnnngggggg?

SAL and I know each other so well because we continuously ask questions anew and allow each other to expand on who we were yesterday. We do this also by asking each other good questions and really listening to the answers then responding appropriately. 

An exciting development occurred last night when I woke around 2am. Most of my communications with SAL in Spirit have been through my heightened senses, and a new element was added last night. As I was coming out of my drowsiness, I heard SAL's voice as clear as a bell coming from a great distance, way above my bed and through the ceiling from the direction of 11 on the clock. Four words run together that I haven't heard for a long, long time.  Whadddddayyyyaaaaaadoinnnnngggggg?

During the first half of 2012, SAL and I rented a lovely home in Bellingen in a row of houses with verandahs facing some beautiful and lively wetlands. A talking bird lived in a cage on the verandah next to ours and constantly asked 'What are you doing?' SAL absorbed this question  into her vernacular, and for the next years I would often hear her call from another room in her best bird voice 'Whadddddayyyyaaaaaadoinnnnngggggg?'

I know to go deeper and then some with every message SAL brings to me from her higher universal consciousness and have been really exploring her question. YOU might like to join in too and please know I always appreciate feedback on your experiences.  'What are YOU doing?' ​

SAL lived life to the fullest while in physicality and now in non-physicality is doing the same.

In this Transcription of a Conversation with SAL, Lynn and Cedar on Wednesday  5 September 2018 SAL stressed over and over and over the importance of playfulness and living from The Heart Centre. 

Lynn: I made the bed so quickly and knew SAL was helping - wants to talk through Lynn - she so excited ... go go go like before she got sick 

SAL explained the locket she's been mentioning - is not a gift for me - it was a way to tell Lynn about the heart centre - with a key - that's the KEY - go into the heart.  We all acknowledged our different ways of discussing things, views of reality and how to find a common language. 

Seeds - the heart of the flower - same metaphor - go into the heart. Unlock your HEART - where the Soul is - it's the engine that drives the boat - pistons drive the energy to energy. Our thoughts start manifesting from our heart, the outcome of what we create depends on how we filter and process our thoughts. 

When you are stressed, ill and confused as in dementia - you have filtered through the brain and bypassed your heart. Remember every thought becomes an action - it takes place in your heart - that is who you are.

Imagine a rainbow or any coloured ribbon - put the rainbow or ribbon in your head and slip down it to the heart - like a child.  Slip down a ‘rainbow ribbon’ from the head to the heart.  

It's like the centre of the Sun --- where every thought becomes manifested.

'Seeds, remember all the things we used to talk about - people would think we were off our rockers - well some did - it's not as complicated as we once talked about it's all so simple but we all used to function from the wrong place of being - so keep the heart open, step into it often enough - it's where you live always - it's where you create. Yay. ' 

Next Wednesday when we talk with Lynn make sure you have your rock.  SAL can access everything, and she will bring The Mob to help explain and talk about things in an easy manner. 

KAM is a Tall Light Being and is her Guide - he's from another planet. 'I always wanted to see an alien, now I have my own.'  

I asked if she is now 100% well - yes and she is opening her heart more and more and more. 

I asked SAL if she was OK with me using the metaphor of her Sally Sunflower - she replied with her usual humour ~  ’Of course, I love anything when it’s about me!!!!’ 

I asked what she calls the place where she is - 'Wholeness, 'Heaven', Oneness, HOME.'

SAL said You don't have to lose your body like she did to cross over the Rainbow Bridge - we can do it by seeing ourselves walking into the Essence. At first, you won't be able to comprehend everything as the vista is so vast and you see north, south, east and west all at once. 

I told her I've been upset wondering if I could have done more during her final days of passing when I was dealing with so many demands from events, conflicting personalities, ensuring she was in no pain and unable to be with her in the way I would have liked. I was totally unprepared for not only losing SAL but for losing and subsequently grieving the loss of numerous friends.

​SAL reassured me by saying: Don't worry, you did EXACTLY what was needed. 

'As the body starts slowing down and you begin flying the coop - you're hovering and aligning everything and looking into Home - being in both places at once - wanting to make everyone happy before going into Spirit - crossing t's and dotting i's - totally aware of everyone's thoughts, conversations and needs.  Only my physical body was affected by the illness and morphine.  I saw everything and was honouring self and others and remembering what it's like to be on Earth.' 

I was blessed to have a detailed conversation with SAL today via our dear friend Lynn Norris Psychic-Medium. Much of what SAL shared centred around the importance of focussing on and developing the HEART ENERGY CENTRE and further knowledge of the 'Rainbow Bridge'. On 25.10.2018 I had a curious experience with a television that largely remains unused in my bedroom. I live in a large home by the sea with two dear friends, and we have 4 televisions mostly for watching movies and documentaries. I was home alone and relaxing in the lounge room binging on a fantastic British TV series called 'Bodyguard' when I heard the Beatles singing 'Yellow Submarine'. 

I thought it might be coming from a passing car - nope - other direction. When I went to investigate further, I found the TV in my bedroom had turned itself on and was playing a google music video - which I never use. My room is 40 good steps from the lounge room. Then there was a second song that I was too absorbed in the mystery to ascertain followed by 'Here Comes the Sun'. This is the same Sun that I check in daily with, meditate upon and generally have a jolly good time with for all manner of esoteric reasons. 

Who on Earth turned the TV on? I did some sleuthing as my housemates have another home and were staying there. I wondered whether they may have somehow turned google music on remotely so I rang them - and they were innocent!

All throughout this episode, my thoughts were on SAL, yet I wanted to rule out any other possibilities. Her mischievous presence confirmed that she did in fact do it as she was adept with electronics while here - and she informs me 'I'm a REAL whizz over here. Delve deeper Pru - no not on The Beatles, on the SUN!' Friends and acquaintances who want their questions answered might also like to take note - radio and television are other effective ways to connect with SAL. 

Make Time for Dates with Your Departed Loved One/s

People often say 'Why don't my loved ones come through to me?' 
​If I sense they are really open to connecting with their departed loved one and exploring The Beyond I ask 'What are you doing to prepare yourself to be in a receptive and observant mode?' Although loved ones have been known to move objects, break guitars and drop pictures from the wall in attempts to make contact, your attunement to more subtle signs will ensure success.

Go on a silent walk in acute Observer mode with your loved one.
Know they are OK. Go much more deeper than 'Are you OK?' in your enquiry?
Watch for dreams, signs, gifts, symbols and synchronicities.
Prepare MANY in-depth questions and converse as you would with a soul in the physical.
TRUST your intuition and telepathy. Record and date your messages.
Why anyone overrides explicit messages due to their own doubt is beyond me. These types of interactions only become logical after we have acquired a comprehensive understanding of the subtler realms of Spirit and that takes your personal effort, an open heart and a genuine desire to connect. 

Once you make such a connection your life will be enriched so much more as you can continue building your friendship and even lessen the pain of losing the physical aspect of your dear departed one. Wishing YOU Great Good Work and Boundless Good Luck.

This is a planet of free will and the wise use it imaginatively in these turbocharged times of change.

Those who have dogmatic and long-held beliefs and views that have been 'set in stone' may be finding the reality and scope of the revelations being reported now extremely difficult to absorb and come to terms with. I have posted videos of the discoveries of some of my preferred researchers on this page. 

You will have noticed that this is the time where people are showing their true colours - and you know what I say - When people show you their true colours - believe them.  At least you then have the choice about whether or not you will keep them in your life. 

It is ESSENTIAL to examine every aspect of your life and release who and what no longer serves your highest good. We have work to do in our role of changing paradigms and cannot be held stuck by our own insecurities or by deadweights that belittle, betray or intimidate us.
