That's a Great Idea - Dispense with Using Toilet Paper!

You may wonder why I wrote THIS particular meme. Well, 50% of the world's population does not get enough to eat let alone spend on luxuries like toilet paper, sanitary pads and paper nappies. Think CLOTH, CUP and SPONGE.

Hyperinflation is heading towards 10 MILLION % that's 10,000,000 % in Venezuela and up to 40,000 people cross the border daily into Columbia to purchase essentials. It is heartbreaking to see so many photos of desperate shoppers returning home with paper nappies and toilet paper.

Regardless of where we live in the world we can rethink our use of toilet paper. How many rolls does your household use per year?

Alternatives to Loo Paper
* wash in bidet or bum gun
* wash using a bathroom hose
* wash using an enema kit and family cloths
* use another kind of paper as Grandma did
* squirt with an irrigation bottle
* plant leaves, corn husks, bolted lettuce

No Sex Marriage – Masturbation, Loneliness, Cheating and Shame

The average length of a marriage in Australia is 12 years, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). About 50% of marriages end in divorce. The most common age for getting a divorce is 45.5 for males and 42.9 for females.

Figures are not available for the number of single adults whether by choice or circumstances. No figures for those who choose sologamy either whether formal or informal.

(Sologamy is marriage by a person to oneself. Supporters of the practice argue that it affirms one's own value and leads to a happier life. An alternative term is self-marriage, but this may also refer to a self-uniting marriage, that is a marriage without an officiant.)

#LestWeForget My morning walk took me up the street to the village where hundreds of people were gathered to commemorate all those fallen and affected by war. Tears welled at the devastating losses, memories and terrible tragedy of war. May we find cooperation and peace in our time.

Staying Grounded Amidst the Turmoil

Guidance and astrologers warned us April 2019 would be intense. I’ve indeed found this to be right along with navigating the collective unrest brought about by national and global turmoil and intense cosmic energies.

(Environmental vandalism by governments, plastics pollution of the waterways, barbaric cruelty to children and animals, the arrest of Assange, treatment of asylum seekers, war in Syria, Yemen, Palestine etc, fires in Al-Asqa Mosque and Notre Dame, critical election in Oz May 18, and a whole lot of personal issues.)

I always recommend grounding as it does wonders for me along with meditation, rest, baths with essential oils, in-depth research and reflection that all help raise my energy and light-hearted movies such as 'Babe 2 Pig in the City' that bring a laugh. Sometimes I get in my car and let it take me somewhere magnificent. Last week it took me on a spectacular drive to Grassy Head and today to Bilby's Beach. I sat watching the ocean for a long time allowing the view of the silver waves and gentle breeze cleanse me of grief and gunk.

My dear friend Kath #ahippychickwithastick on Instagram arrived with her stick and rake. We chatted for a while about all manner of things including her process of making her spectacular sand mandalas. Kath has no preconceived idea of the design and if the sand is 'just right' she takes her stick and draws a very basic mainframe. Then comes the rake and the design is guided by her beloved Son in Spirit.

Imagine my delight to witness this gorgeous SUNFLOWER emerge in the sand and I even got to sit right in the heart of it.

Please be vigilant not to get caught in humanity's hive mind. Stay focussed on your awareness and continue raising your frequency and maintain your sense of equilibrium as patriarchal structures built on ruthlessness and greed tumble. When raw images come to your awareness, much-loved landmarks destroyed and the depraved behaviour of well-known personalities revealed, it's essential that we think for ourselves and delve deeply into the underlying causes and what we can do to raise the bar and upgrade our humanness.

Mother Earth: What more do I have to do to gain your attention? Your 'Home' is on fire. Those responsible for climate change are destroying your 'living room'.

Easter begins this week. What better time for Mother Earth's Elements to plead with humanity to change our destructive ways. Symbolic times. She speaks in symbology, synchronicity and metaphor. The very heart of Paris, France is in flames. We MUST act on Climate Change now. Equality for All? Does this symbolise the continuing demise of manmade religion? SUCH an iconic ‘structure’ BURNING in flames - and the Yellow Vest demonstrations against the elite ruling party for better conditions reflects an age-old inequity.

Notre-Dame had become more of a museum and tourist attraction than a place of worship. Humans like to believe in ‘something’ greater than themselves and as social beings something that brings them together in community and devotion. As religion and elite ruling parties 'go up in flames' along with the planet Herself, people will find capital T Truth WITHIN their hearts and souls and genuinely satisfying respect and devotion to Mother Earth and Father Sky/Cosmos.

The current global state of affairs requires every individual to reassess and perhaps refocus our priorities and practices. Très rapidement. Immédiatement.

Amanda Speaks with Prince about Purple Rain, His Symbol +++

Amanda, on a long walk today I listened to your magnificent conversation with Prince in Spirit and was intrigued by the issues raised including mentions of Paisley Park, and the explanations of his symbol and of the Pleiadian 'Purple Rain' that's not rain at all but rather like the 'energy' clouds similar to the northern lights.

After my walk, I was quite hungry so decided to stop off at a restaurant for a bite to eat and thereupon opened a magazine to an article titled Purple Reigns about Minneapolis being Prince's home for all his 57 years. See photo >

Synchronicities like these have been happening for years yet I'm finding recent ones such as this are getting more jaw-droppingly awesome lately. Do you have an explanation for these synchros at this time? and what may be good to pay attention to please?

Every sequence to Awakening is a vibration. There are thousands of vibrations and as we awaken more and more beyond our 3D vibration of physical Earth Human and move ourselves forward, a helpful technique is to choose a colour that you feel represents your #HigherUnlimitedSelf.

Breathe it in, bathe in it, meditate on it, carry a crystal, wear your chosen colour in clothes, and immerse yourself in your colour to raise your frequency to love and let go dross, pain and conditioning.

Happy 40th Sally ~ Wherever you are in Spirit

If Sal were still with us we'd be celebrating her 40th birthday today - and how!!! We'd already begun making plans in 2016 for four days and nights of festivities at home, karaoke and entertainment at the local hall and with adventures planned to explore our favourite Dorrigo rainforests, rivers and waterfalls.

I was privileged to call Sal my friend for ten years from when we first connected on good old Facebook and then in person in Melbourne on 11:11:11 and both being Pisces people we had many fabulous birthdays within the same week together. What made our friendship so close was an ancient cosmic connection and an intense interest in what made the other tick. We held the space for each other's growth and had one very long continuous conversation for ten years and beyond.

I believe all people experience a unique version of another determined by their level of interest, presence, projections and engagement with them so by extrapolation there were thousands of Sallys. The Sally I knew was exceptionally courageous, creative, kind, generous, wise, empathic, funny, joyful, exuberant, forgiving, visionary, and she was an incredibly gifted healer. She was in her final studies at Endeavour College, and as a trained naturopath, massage therapist and herbalist had plans to establish a new and entirely original Wellness Centre employing all manner of modalities.

20.12.2016 'Today is a *Distinctive* day :) I just received my grades for last semester -I am so happy and grateful that I have completed another year... 3.5 down, 1 to go! Congratulations to my colleagues receiving their results today, we made it.'

3.2.2017 'So far the synchronicities have been profound this new year. Yesterday I heard black cockatoos and thought how I'd never seen a black cockatoo feather and how amazing it would be to find one. Well, one found me this morning right on my very path on my way to our Hut! ...the power of thoughts. High magic!'

The Future Now

I want to take this opportunity to tell you that this may be the last public post I'll make of my continuing communications with Sal in Spirit. We gave ourselves a year to be public, and I have posted a great deal to honour her life and to assist in our grieving.

I've also shared many of my methods of connecting with Sal in The Afterlife in the hope that my techniques may have comforted and assisted with your connections with loved ones who have passed. Although now going private, I'll always continue to welcome your photos and stories of Our Sally Sunflower because I love receiving them. Thank you Sal, it was a sensational journey and we brought out the best in each other.

It's time for me to gently let go and enable Sal to fully explore the multi-verses and her Unlimited
I AM. 'Learning from the best!' she says.

I'm in the process of taking my life on an entirely new trajectory which I'll happily reveal when I have defined the changes more thoroughly and fully absorbed the exciting new possibilities taking shape.

Sal's final message to us is a question:

‘What are you doing with the supreme gift of having a physical body and human life?’
