2023 will be another year of rollercoasters with significant solutions being found. As we look ahead to 2023 for what we want and the many benefits we'll experience collectively, we recognise the lockups of the past three years have tragically brought suicides, domestic violence, stress, illness and financial insecurity for millions. Various regions can continue to expect extreme weather with storms, freezing temperatures, heatwaves, power outages, high energy prices, solar magnetic storms, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanoes, fires, economic upheaval, travel restrictions, shootings and war and we must prepare as best we can. The importance of being well prepared cannot be overstated. 

On the bright side, the travails have brought marvellous innovations, splendid homeschooling, re-adjusted relationships, and the discovery of new skills. Some have heightened their psi abilities such as telepathy, astral projection, clairvoyance, hydrokinesis, levitation, zoolingualism, shielding, invisibility, teleportation, mind reading, herbaphony, precognition, energy healing, and more. And if like me, you're over 70, my tip is to think of yourself as at least twenty years younger and in radiant health and never refer to yourself as 'getting old'. Age is not a number it's an energy. 

Just as traditional indigenous and ancients have known, more will find our stellar connections and family of origin among the Star Nations. Along with our human families, this will bring added meaning and more will discover why we're blessed to be here on Earth during this transformative decade and how and why our good vibrations affect not only all on Earth but those far beyond.  

Terra is one of the most beautiful and resourceful planets in the cosmos with Her huge diversity of life. We're known as humans on Earth, and galactically as Terrans because Earth is known as Terra. It is alternatively known as Gaia, Shan or Tellus. Preparation for interaction with off-planet beings is paramount, as 2023 could be the year of more disclosure of extraterrestrials. Therefore, accurate information and discernment are essential because there will continue to be a great deal of misinformation, negative journalism and trickery by those with power over the population. 

As a personal experiencer and long-time researcher, I'm well aware of the mischievous charlatans masquerading as true believers and influencers amongst the good-hearted genuine experiencers and teachers. I'll never give the names or space to the shonky ones and encourage you to be vigilant and trust your inner knowing for those teaching the truth.  I urge you also not to publish or pass on the crazy agendas of the dark so-called light-workers. 

In the past, governments have refused life-giving and advanced technology from extraterrestrials that would progress humans - choosing their advanced weapons technology instead to ensure superiority in fighting their much-loved wars. Beware of getting caught up in silly conversations of 'Do they exist?', ridiculous government 'exposure' articles, or getting waylaid by the dark agendas of certain ETs because, just as in humanity - depraved evil also exists among ETs - but thankfully most races are benevolent. While innumerable species live in the cosmos, twenty-two different ET races are known to be involved in co-creating life on Earth. It raises the fascinating question of whether we have extraterrestrial DNA in our human lineage, and if so, could we all be hybrids?

I'm shocked by the number of Facebook influencers telling their people NOT to see Avatar The Way of Water. More appalled by the numerous respondents so easily giving their power away - indicating they wanted to see it, but now they won't go - all on the dire criticism of one person. It demonstrates the desperate need to balance emotionality and dig deeper beyond superficial and knee-jerk reactions.​

Here is one of my responses:

I saw it quite differently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Cameron and his wife, Suzy Amis, are two of the world's most passionate and active environmentalists and advocates for plant-based eating. He loves the oceans and their creatures and has gone deeper into their mystery than any other human by travelling 7 miles down the Mariana Trench. 

He shakes his audiences out of any apathy they may have by exposing the truth. He stirs up emotions bigtime. The rampant violence reflects where significant portions of humanity have been for millennia. He also demonstrates the absurdity of war and AI in the wrong hands.  True, I could have done with twenty minutes less warring. He will also awaken more to the heinous cruelty animals are subjected to. 

The scenes where the evil character Mick Scoresby catches the mother tulkun ('whale') to extract the 'amrita' from her brain for a vial worth $80 million to counteract ageing are there to repulse the audience and EXPOSE THE EVIL that's occurring on our planet. 

I bathed in the exquisite beauty, the love, the sacred, the numinous, the soft disclosure, the High Magic, the family values and mystery. If it is our choice, they are signposts of where humanity can go (or return, as in Lemuria and other ancient unified civilisations). 

Cameron's process of film-making is enthralling - most of it filmed in or underwater, the music, the specially developed sign language, having the actors perfect a breathing technique to hold their breath while acting for authenticity and natural movements as The Sea People. Kate Winslet excelled at performing for 7 minutes underwater while holding her breath. The importance of the benefits of mastering our breathing didn't escape me. The shamanic and indigenous practices were honouring, inspirational and authentic.  
 
Bringing awareness to atrocities, allegorically, is not the same as endorsing them. I encourage you to see Avatar The Way of Water for yourselves and tune into how it makes you feel - More compassionate? More enthusiastic about taking more effective hands-on action for the causes that matter to you? 

It is a masterpiece on so many levels - including raising debates and awareness such as this. 

Dear Readers - How did you celebrate the December Solstice in 2012?

​Sally and I participated in a beautiful two-day, sacred gathering at a lovely spiritual retreat centre on one of the highest points on the Dorrigo Ranges overlooking the rainforests to the Pacific Ocean. Immense change has happened in the decade to 2022, including Sal's passing to The Other Side of The Veil - though she is ever present and continues to heal and assist many from reports that still come to me. ​

Today's December Solstice 2022 Welcomes the New Season
During the three months of Summer in the Southern Hemisphere and Winter in the Northern, change will intensify in unimaginable ways. Use these strong energies in a positive way to help cleanse your system, clarify your goals, assimilate new perspectives, and set a clear path for you and yours for 2023.​

Create and live the free, happy life you want in your sanctuary and community. You can decide not to accept the dark consensus reality manufactured by dark, evil ones. Choose another. Co-create a magnificent year, and do not focus on the depraved ones, as it gives them more energy to pursue their self-serving agendas. Instead, take positive action with compassion, creativity, innovation and kindness. ​

No criticism of another will elevate self-esteem and self-love, which are the building blocks of a functional individual, family, community and world.   

Don't meet these damaged yet far-reaching ones at their irresponsible game of trying to promote themselves for gain. Instead, refuse to pass on their callow propaganda in any form, be discerning and kind and go within to discover your personal truths.  Reach out and extend your kindness and support to those being attacked by small minds and controlling institutions.
