2019 saw unimaginable cruelty, apathy, ignorance and corruption worldwide that filled the headlines way before the goodwill and positive breakthroughs ever had a chance.
Readers of my blog are aware that we are shifting paradigms by raising our frequency with
a lot of help from influxes of consciousness-raising cosmic energies and influences.
Can we do it?
Can humanity evolve this year, or will we plummet and slide inexorably into a sixth extinction?
I'm hopeful and positive.
So many are working tirelessly on their further awakening, well-being, creativity and progress while tragically others let down the team with their torturous brutality, narcissistic self-absorption and disregard for life. These are the ones who are NOT 'doing the best they can'. Everyone can learn to curb destructive reactions and ruthless behaviour. Everyone can learn to think through their decision-making and actions to at least three logical and possible outcomes. Everyone can decide to 'choose again'.

2019 was a year of exceptional antagonism.
Are YOU addicted to negativity, argument and struggle?
Are YOU a glass-half-full or a glass-overflowing kind of person?
What do you hope to achieve by criticising and complaining?
Social media shows how 'Dumping Criticism' has become a mean-spirited GLOBAL SPORT.
Disapproval and put-downs cripple self-worth, positive change and lasting advancement.
If your behaviour is horrible and your values are rotten - STOP IT!
Only kindness and committed action by everyone can bring the hoped-for changes.
Ask yourself where have you done well and succeeded.
Ask yourself what you are most pleased about your achievements and life to date.
ARE YOU WILLING TO LEARN NEW SKILLS?
You can research how you can change destructive behaviour. You have to WANT to.
Type into search - 'How to stop negative thoughts and habits?'
Choose from half a billion sites to help progress the situation.
Listen to yourself. Make an effort. Please do it!
Find unique ways to excel in astute observation and sincere feedback.
ASK YOURSELF:
What do I hope to achieve by making this criticism or complaint?
Am I making am assumption without all the necessary information?
Is it fair and well-intended?
Am I sweating the small stuff?
How can I be more KIND?
How can I put my passions into further ACTION?
ENQUIRE of OTHERS - DON'T ASSUME or EXPECT THEM to MIND-READ
Craft a thoughtful question and enquire directly to the source of your disapproval if possible.
ASK your question and LISTEN deeply and DISCUSS with care.
DO:
STOP fighting, lying, complaining, bullying, and overindulging.
Clarify YOUR SOLUTIONS and SHARE those rather than criticising, blaming and shaming.
Find behaviours to APPRECIATE and ACKNOWLEDGE and SHARE them directly.
Prepare yourself and loved ones for a possible Great Shift in Consciousness.
