Organise community gatherings to plan the sharing of skills and resources?

As I see it some major ‘problematic’ dominoes about to fall may include
Financial mayhem with some bank closures - China Feb?? Greece
Hyperinflation - in some countries now
Closure of many companies and loss of jobs - now
Loss of some services temporarily and in some places permanently
Power outages therefore affecting cooking, heating, cooling, internet, power tools, computers, telephone etc
The fear factor - affects from passing by Planet_9 with possible debris from its ‘tail’ - April May??
Unequivocal proof of extraterrestrials - September October Nov??
Continuing hardships due to droughts and floods in some areas - now
Earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, fires.
Freezing weather affecting life, jobs, education, governing etc - now
Myopic short term parliamentary ‘solutions’ to problems - now
Climate, food and war diaspora
Gangs, chaos, theft, criminality - now
Wars, conflicts, corruption, crime
Changes to access to superannuation, pensions and medical services
