It's the same with research. Why keep relearning what you already know. Do the work and let go.
Some experts say we use 3% of our brain's capacity. Others up to 10%. Either way there's at least 90% of our brain (and possibly heart) that we haven't yet accessed. (Sally's comments on the heart at this link).
Consider dismissing anything not working for you in your belief systems about family ties, friendships, politics, religion, career, finances, lifestyle and how things 'should' be. For example, when I realised once and for all there is really very little difference between western two-party politics and chose to drop my lifetime interest in politics I found I acquired so much more time to pursue new issues of the heart and activities where I know I am making a difference. I never felt I made an impact when I pursued politics.
This potent time and these dramatic conditions offer the perfect opportunities to choose a new path if you so desire. We can't possibly know what the future holds as we're Dreaming new personal and collective realities with our choices and intentions in every moment.
It is said that Buddha attained his enlightenment during these kinds of energies.
Call in your greatest allies - Higher Self, Soul, Guardians and Guides etc. and ask for their assistance. Give them something new and juicy to do.
