I Concur With Jasmuheen on Social Media

"I must admit that I love posting images of beauty and words of inspiration on my social media channels! 
Every day I spend at least an hour before meditation tuning to all the good in our world and appreciating the creatives and what they express through words or music or art or the way they are supporting and uplifting others!
I have no desire and no energy to support the games of separation, judgement and fear in the duality dream.
As vast multidimensional masters we are dreaming that we live in limitation in a limited form and to see it all as just a dream - where can can be lucidly dreaming as in consciously creating and moving through this dream awake - is so liberating for us all!
As Darryl Anka and so many others now also share, the Universe is always delivering and our perceptions of what is being delivered determines our emotional state as we all know.
As the “All That Is” that we each are, to be awake and play consciously within and beyond the human duality dream is another wonderful use of our precious time!
