Is Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster Under Terrorist Threat?

UPDATE sent by a reader on my Facebook wall "Robbert may just be picking up the collective unconscious (phantom not real event) of a threat made by ISIS that was reported by The Sun on 11th July... not sure if there is any real likelihood of such."

Are Big Ben and the UK Houses of Parliament under possible terrorist threat? I've been following the work of Psychic Medium Robbert van den Broeke since he came on the internet and have found him to be totally accurate in what he publishes.
