Stop the yelling, gossiping, criticising, hatred, controlling, grumpiness, demands, suspicion, withholding, accusations, bullying, disinterest, dreariness, spectatorship, ... you get my drift.
We've all seen science experiments such as Emoto's experiments with water and this one where the plant in the middle has normal growth without encouragement or abuse, the one on the left constant harassment and the plant on the right a stream of loving acknowledgements.
