I'm taking vitamin C, magnesium, changa mushroom, turmeric, echinacea, and lots of water and vegetable juices - my current favourite is celery-beetroot-parsley-carrot and ginger. Along with these additions, I include daily stillness, meditation and positive self-talk.
I'm going to listen to Marianne's terrific meditation first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.
