I currently live in a large home of many windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean, so it seemed fitting to call my property Pacifica. I have now come a Full Circle after 26 years of living wherever my free spirit took me. In 1992 I shared a bush property with friends just a few blocks from where I'm now living.
My dear clairvoyant friend Kinsley Jarrett now on the other side drew one of my Spirit Guides and called him Azak. The naming was for my benefit as names are not necessary in Azak's culture where people are known by their 'energy signatures and rank'.

Meditation to Meet My Spirit Guide
Elizabeth's shamanic drumming took me gently into alpha state, and her voice guided me through a landscape of my own creation. I made my way through a vast field of wildflowers in the manner of the indigenous, mindful not to damage any living thing.
I approached the staircase of rainbow light before me and marvelled that it was vibrant with specific information according to the hue. The staircase joined seamlessly into a rainbow bridge whose loving support encouraged me to be trusting and fearless as I ventured forward. I followed the voice and the drumming guiding me through an exquisitely pristine scene of Earth-like natural beauty. I climbed up and up beyond blue skies into misty white clouds then up into a non-earthly colour and scene.
In the distance, my Spirit Guide was sitting on a bench in n anticipation of our meeting. In an instant, I recognised Azak - a Guide I had relegated to past experience still waiting cheerfully and patiently. My 26 years of linear time of absence was no-time in his quantum realm, so he was supremely forgiving that I hadn't sought his guidance for well over 20 years.
My dearly departed best friend SAL and her 'gang' respectfully observed our meeting from my right while behind Azak were hosts of Spirits - too many to count - all willing to offer their input, love and support. This meeting reignited my connection with Azak who I recognise as an aspect of one of my starry selves and him, me.
As I said my goodbyes and giving thanks, I determined to ensure that I'd be open to frequent learning sessions from Azak and Co and that I'd work on more savvy questions for them.
