SACRED EXHAUSTION
'Your exhaustion honours itself! Do not rush to assign some pathology to it, or to make it disappear, because it may contain great intelligence, and even medicine. You've taken a long journey from the stars, my friend. Bow to your exhaustion now; stop fighting it.
There's no shame in admitting you can't move on anymore. Even the bravest need rest.
Because there's a whole adventure ahead. And you will need all your resources.
Come, sit before the fire of the Presence. Let the body relax; let yourself fall into the silence here. Forget about tomorrow, worry not about the missing route, and plunge into the warmth of tonight. Every great adventure is nourished by the rest in its heart.
