Radical Minimalism

Once again, I'm further paring my belongings as I process significant changes both within and without. It's an absolute joy finding new homes for the things I no longer need. I'm not nearly as radical as the young woman in this video; however, I thoroughly appreciate and am inspired by her approach.

I'm finding that Lightening Up has untold benefits, including welcome byproducts of losing four kilograms of unwanted weight and my lifelong addiction to caffeine during my recent 21-day raw food cleanse.
