As a metaphor for what humans are currently experiencing - I often get the image of the caterpillar in the cocoon metamorphosing into a magnificently beautiful butterfly. We are transforming in the most extraordinary of ways and this process can be painful and discombobulating to the body and psyche both for you and all those around you. It’s important to be extra sensitive to everyone’s needs and to take great care of your own. You know how, and your smooth rebirth may need you to change some long-held habits about food, addictions, exercise, and personal organisation.
