211 letters called The Palace Letters between the Governor General Kerr and the Queen are being released today after 45 years of secrecy. Gough Whitlam was one of Australia's most progressive and possibly the best ever Australian Prime Minister in my view. The Conservatives led by Malcolm Fraser withheld supply making governing impossible and the Queen via her Governor-General Kerr sacked Whitlam on 11:11:1975 and the Conservatives took over from Labor in government.
How would Australia be different now if the Australian citizens' votes had been honoured by the British Royals? I could write a book of possible scenarios detailing how Australia could have been be a vibrant, intelligent, cultured and kind country rather than the pathetic and sorry state it's in now. I won't, as I'm so disillusioned by corrupt politicians and their handlers that I stopped pursuing all things political on May 19, 2019. I couldn't let this momentous day pass without acknowledging a great leader and a country that lost all hope. Hopefully The Palace Letters will shine a light on truth.
