On my morning walk following my sunrise meditation on 16 January 2021, I heard a TREE by the side of my path singing Van Morrison's classic 'Into The Mystic'. The blow-me-away-uncanny-aspect of all this is that I posted Morrison's recording on Facebook, my blog and Twitter just ten days prior.
I searched throughout the tree's branches, leaves, up and down its trunk, all-around a nearby barbecue and couldn't find where the sound was coming from - Meanwhile, the song continued 'Let your soul and spirit fly, Into the mystic. Yeah, when that fog horn blows, I will be coming home. Yeah, when that fog horn blows, I wanna hear it, I don't have to fear it, And I wanna rock your gypsy soul, Just like way back in the days of old. Then magnificently we will float, Into the mystic ..."
I'm aware that more and more of we awakening humans are entering The Mystic in these unprecedented times. What's happening on the planet at present is not so much about politics. It's about how every awakening individual is building upon their unique achievements and rising to their Expanded Selves to lay new foundations for The New Way - whether they're aware of this or not yet.
The Singing Tree changed tunes and emanated the beautiful song 'You Fill Up My Senses' by John Denver. Still curious, I looked across to a bus parked nearby with the driver smiling ear to ear. I softly approached, and we exchanged names and greetings, and Rob cheerfully led me to The Singing Tree and showed me the secreted speaker through which he operated from his playlist on his mobile phone.
Rob and I chatted about all manner of things. He'd been on the road for ten years visiting country music festivals, pubs, rodeos, farms, the sights, and he lamented how that has now all changed for him and the thousands of other traveller-dwellers 'on the wallaby.'
Rob showed me his bus and told more tales of his meetings and greetings. I then went for a delicious breakfast at a cafe overlooking 'The Passage' between Bribie Island and the Australian mainland. An hour later, I drove home, passing by The Bus. I wasn't at all surprised that a group of twenty or more happy souls were sitting on the lawn, some dancing, some having pulled up camp chairs underneath The Singing Tree chatting together and enjoying Rob's delightful music and yarns.
joined us in observing how humans are laying the foundations for The New Way.
It’s not about politics or flawed politicians. It's about Awakening to The Mystic.
