There's something charming about rising at 4 am - when everything is so silent - to go to the beach to find a new place every morning to welcome the sunrise around 5 am... and then to enjoy the sunset at the closure of the day. This morning a small pod of dolphins played before me, fisherfolk fished from boats and the beach, early morning walkers greeted each other cheerfully, and I had the good fortune to have meetings with remarkable people.
It was clear that revolution is in the air in numerous countries worldwide, and I savoured the peaceful vibes as I looked out to the Morton Bay Islands and the vast Pacific Ocean.
