Last month on the 26th November I endured a severe heart attack to my dear broken pace-makered heart, and it was touch and go for quite some time. Now 11 days later I'm happy to report that I'm getting stronger by the day though still don't have the energy to walk or talk very much. We are all different. We make different choices. I was so pleased with those who ENQUIRED about what I wanted and honoured my wishes rather than imposing their own - asking what I want rather than telling me what I need. So often in the past, people have made assumptions without taking the initiative to ask appropriate questions. I chose not to go the route of ambulance, doctor and hospital although I respect them - in preference for self-and-spiritual-energy-healing.
I was blessed on the 27th to have three friends who are powerful spiritual healers assist me through the worst of the pain. Although having looked directly in the eye of death, I'm hopeful that I'll live albeit at a slower pace. It would be uncanny to cycle off at this eleventh hour. However, I'm entirely at ease and feel well-prepared for whatever is to come.

I encourage you all to call on your loved ones on The Other Side including your ancestors, angels, guides and others as they are so willing to help from their All-Seeing Observer Place. Many weeks ago, I was gifted with a touch-lamp, and Sal now uses it to communicate with me several times throughout the day. Turning on The Light - what better metaphor?! So I'm blessed to have the touch lamp join all Sal's other ingenious communication methods include sending me sunflowers, feathers, peewees, telepathy and nudges towards the perfect article or video. | As my friends were performing the healings, I kept psychically seeing a 90° angle or a right-hand-turn. In this video, Alexander refers to the right-hand-turn as the painting by Akiane also demonstrates. It became clear that I and all humans have collectively come to a T intersection, and we are each making our choice in this now moment. We are choosing our timeline, either consciously or unconsciously and may be reassured that there can be no mistakes for your soul's journey. We must maintain an unswervingly positive focus even if we are experiencing fear, insomnia, pain, weird symptoms and emotional distress. The solar and cosmic energies may well affect our power and electronics in areas, and other causes may bring 'darkness' in areas for several days. Maintain your focus on the positive higher vibrational realms and stay focused on creating your utopian personal and collective world.
Alexander Quinn gives this terrific suggestion "I want you to do something for yourself. Go sit somewhere where you can have 5 minutes of clarity and listen to your favourite song of all time. In the first 30 seconds, repeat to yourself 5 times out loud...I Trust Myself, I Trust Myself, I Trust Myself, I Trust Myself, I Trust Myself... If you have tears in your eyes you really needed it, regardless just practice holding onto that feeling until sunrise tomorrow and let nothing change that feeling. That is mastery. ALL OF YOU ARE MASTERS. You just don't know it yet, and all of you deserve it. More than you can understand. Earth is one of the hardest schools."
I suggest you follow your inner guidance and surround yourself with written affirmations and things you wish to manifest for yourself. I use a large whiteboard, my diary, blog and post-it notes. Those of us choosing the right-hand-turn or higher vibrational positive timeline will not do it by whining and criticising. We enter the new by bt being present and holding laser-like mindfulness on all that is occurring. Let's all fill our lives with self-love, love, supporting others, generosity, humour, kindness, truth, meditation, creativity, discovery, spirituality, and trust.
We were born to be midwives of ourselves, and to many of the millions becoming The New Human. NOW is the time to give birth to The New You, support your loved ones with ever-deepening wisdom. Please help Co-Create The New Earth and go forward to live your most glorious awakened life.
