What have been your most rewarding travel destinations and experiences and why?
In the halcyon days of the 70's, 80's and 90's I just adored Britain (homecoming), Melbourne, Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads and the deserts around Alice Springs. In Kruger National Park - I was blessed to see more varieties of animals in 10 days than most locals do in a lifetime, Spain, Portugal, Southern France, the then-Yugoslavia, Greece and the New Mexico deserts, cenotes in Mexico, many weeks of snorkelling and swimming with large pods of wild dolphins in Hawaii.
I’m a slow traveller and if I vibe with the land, energy, culture, and people even though I'm a wanderer I tend to stay for a while. Eg: A year in London and southern England, 5 months in San Francisco, 3 in Mt Shasta and one in Sedona.
More recently I love where I live now overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Nambucca Heads NSW. Also nearby Sawtell, the rainforests on the Dorrigo Plateau.
While I have absorbed myself with Mother Earth and her elements and travelled extensively in Oz things are different for me now. The world is changing dramatically as we all know and you and I are part of the solution so that changes my purposes for travelling. 2019 is a major Turning Point. Regular readers are familiar with my beloved projects and I intend to keep on with my Divine Mission and keep encouraging everyone else to enact their dreams, talents, visions or greatest challenges as the time is NOW.
