Why Australia has to become self sufficient.

I've been on for years about providing empty government and church properties for housing for the homeless and refugees, retraining miners and forest workers for tourism, housing construction and gardening, and allowing public land to be made available for growing community food gardens.  (Search: how many empty houses in Australia)
